Move it

Busy weekend passed. Helped my friends move on Saturday into a beautiful new house of which I am intensely jealous. Shelley has an attic - hardwood floors, big slanty windows, huge closets - to herself. I have lived in apartments about the same size as this room. I can see myself spending more time than normal over at their place. "Uh, hey guys, how's it goin'? I'll just hang on your front porch, kay? Don't mind me."

And then I went home and threw crap out of my basement. Very satisfying. I love purging extraneous belongings, which is a funny thing for someone so freaked out about things staying the same, and people not moving her shit around.
